The role of the Production Director is to oversee the technical production elements (Audio & Video) for the in-person and livestream experience. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of City Church and the ability to align staff and key volunteer teams with its mission, vision, and values. The Production Director will lead all components of worship production including audio, video, lighting, livestream, and creative elements.
The role of the Creative Director is to advance our ministry through strategic storytelling across video, social media, and digital platforms. The Creative Director reports to the Executive Pastor and leads all creative communications for City Church.
