We are a diverse church in the city and for the city.

Chris is responsible for vision casting, preaching, and leading City Church toward the vision God has given us. He grew up in Fort Wayne, and he and his family moved back to the city in 2016 to plant City Church. He is passionate about Jesus, people, and helping people know and follow Jesus.

Sarah implements the mission and vision of City Church through strategic planning, ministry development, practical stewardship and hiring. She leads the staff by equipping and empowering the team in each of their ministry areas.

Steven leads the adult discipleship strategy. He is passionate about helping people become more like Jesus by growing in their love for God and others. Steven serves adults and families by leading Groups, Baptism, Prayer, and Marriage Ministries, and regularly teaches on Sunday mornings.

Justin leads our youth and young adult ministries. He creates engaging experiences for students in 6th-12th grade that encourage them to know and follow Jesus. He also oversees young adult small groups and gatherings to help young adults move from visiting to belonging and growing.

Janelle leads the kids ministry team to ensure a safe, fun, and meaningful experience for every kid so they can grow closer to Jesus.

Victoria oversees the connections and care team by equipping volunteers to create a welcoming environment. Her aim is to lead guests to a genuine sense of belonging, involvement, and spiritual growth by meeting people where they are and leading them to next steps.

Jordan leads the worship team and provides direction to the production team to create life-giving worship experiences that point the church to Jesus and help them encounter His presence.

Dayna manages all financial and accounting processes and oversees administrative responsibilities in the office.

Tate makes sure the church is operationally strong, from weekend service prep and logistics through ongoing care and maintenance of facilities and grounds. He is responsible for a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Kim provides compassionate, biblically grounded care to individuals and families. He shepherds people through significant life moments (weddings, funerals, hospital visits) while also guiding them into deeper spiritual maturity.

Angie oversees our City Kids volunteer teams, ensuring every individual is equipped and empowered to disciple the next generation. She is also responsible for creating Sunday experiences that lead kids to understand and follow Jesus.

Shakirah provides administrative support for the Lead and Executive Pastors. She is the primary point of contact and manages their schedules, logistics, and communication.

Jennie creates a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the office. She is the first point of contact for all office communication.
