City Kids is the children’s ministry here at City Church, designed specifically for infants through fifth grade. Our awesome team of well trained and background-checked volunteers works hard to ensure that your kids will love church too! Each child is assigned to an age-specific classroom where we use hands-on activities, engaging communication tools, and small groups so that your kids can experience who God is for themselves. Our desire is that every kid would know that God sees them, loves them, and has a purpose for their lives!

Our Children's Ministry staff will text the number you provide at check-in if your child needs you.

Yes, our nursing mothers area is located in the lobby by the kids check-in.

If you are a first-time guest, you will register each child with our Children's Ministry staff at our guided check-in station. If you are a returning guest and have registered each child, you are able to use the self-check-in station in our main lobby.

Every volunteer is screened with a background check. When you pick up your kids, you will need to show your parent tag that will then be matched to the child's name tag before they can be released. Ongoing training is provided for our volunteers to ensure that the needs of the children we serve are met each week. We also have a police officer present in the building.

If parents are uncomfortable with diaper changing, they can request that their child not be changed in our care. If they do want their child's diaper changed, it is done in a visible area in the room by our designated room leader and documented for parents to know. If your child is potty trained, our designated room leaders will take the child(ren) to the restroom with another volunteer present.

Please provide us with any necessities such as diapers, bottles, and snacks. We have wipes and backup diapers on hand. Older kids can bring their bibles and offering if able.
